We want our Grappa-Grappa to be a manifesto in defense of the iconic Italian distilled drink, for which top quality is an absolute must.

Intense and floral, white Grappa-Grappa is authentic Veneto tradition, based on blending grappas from different grape varieties, mainly Prosecco, distilled in handcrafted copper stills.

We guarantee excellent quality by selecting the freshest pomace and using an innovative cold filtration system that gives the grappa a clean taste rich in scents and flavors.

Soft and balsamic, barrique Grappa-Grappa is created by blending grappas from different grape varieties, mainly Amarone, distilled in handcrafted copper stills.

Ageing for over 12 months in ‘heavily toasted’ Slavonian oak casks draws out sweet tannins and a deep amber color. This innovative use of heavily toasted barriques is the latest stage of acquired craftsmanship skills applied to seeking harmonious flavor that transforms an ethnic product like grappa into an outstanding brown spirit.
