Refund policy
**RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL**
1 Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the Customer is a Consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without
any penalty, except as provided in the following paragraphs.
2 To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written communication within 10 days of receipt of the goods. The communication should be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Rime Craft Distillers Srl, Galleria G. Matteotti 9, Venice – VE, or via email to eshop@rimecraftdistillers.it.
3 The right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following mandatory conditions:
- the right applies to the entire product purchased; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal right only for a part of the purchased product;
- the purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging and any documentation or accessories);
- the goods subject to withdrawal must be returned in their entirety and not used;
- upon arrival at the Supplier's warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused during transit.
4 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the purchased product is perishable, as in the case of food products or goods that could be altered.
5 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that do not qualify as "standard" and require the Customer's direct request for production.
6 If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Supplier will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay, within 14 days from the day on which the Supplier was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
7 The right of withdrawal does not apply to Customers who purchase for professional reasons, as mentioned in Article 1 of these general sales terms.
