All products purchased on rimecraftdistillers.it are shipped by Rime Craft Distillers Srl, located at Galleria G. Matteotti 9, 30174 Venice.
Products purchased are delivered throughout ITALY within 24/48 business hours from order processing for Northern and Central Italy, and within 48/72 business hours from order processing for Southern Italy and the Islands. Delivery is made from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. If payment is made by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after payment is received, which may delay delivery times.
It is advisable to provide an address where someone is always present and to specify the name on the doorbell or intercom if it differs from the name on the order.

- Shipping at €7.50 for orders under €69.00.
- Free shipping for orders equal to or greater than €69.00.
### Insurance for Damage and Loss of Packages
We inform all our customers that the goods always travel at the risk of the buyer. The responsibility of Rime Craft Distillers Srl for transportation ends with the delivery of the goods to the courier in intact packaging suitable for the nature of the packaged goods.
### Delivery Attempt Notice
When the recipient is absent, the carrier will leave a "delivery attempt notice" with instructions to contact the local branch to arrange a redelivery. Within 48 hours, a second delivery attempt will be made automatically. As a last resort, in some cases, the courier may try to contact you at the provided phone number to arrange delivery.
If the package still cannot be delivered, it will enter a storage phase, with a simultaneous request for instructions from the sender and any additional costs charged to the sender.
### Applicable Law and Disclaimer of Liability
Rime Craft Distillers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods unless insured, according to Paragraph 2 of Art. 1696 of the Civil Code as amended by Art. 10 of Legislative Decree 21.11.2005 n. 286:
By law, the compensation due from the carrier cannot exceed one euro per kilogram of gross weight of the lost or damaged goods.
The courier, by law, is required to compensate you €1 for every kilogram. Therefore, the value of the order will be attributed to its weight and NOT its content. For example: if an uninsured package worth €500 but weighing 3 kg is lost or stolen, the courier by law will only be required to compensate you €3. For your peace of mind and ours, Rime Craft Distillers makes it mandatory to insure shipments for orders over €40 by adding €1.00 to the total shipping costs.
Rime Craft Distillers assumes no responsibility if the shipping details entered during the order process are incorrect. We will ship to the address you provided; if there is an error, the goods will be returned to the sender, and you will be charged for the shipping costs both ways. Conversely, if the error is ours or the courier's, you will not be charged.
